customer service inperson and over the phone, had the rudest person attend me over the phone and didnt have the patience as i started to repeat my order she told another waittress " here this lady doesnt know what she wants i dont want to take her order." and when i picked up my order and asked her in a calm wsy about the call and who the person was that answered because she was being rude she walked away without saying anything and left me talking by myself which let me know it was her. went today 3/27/20 bought two caldos de res and one of them had a piece of napkin if I could show pic. I would waiting for health department to call me back taking it further I'm so sick to my stomach 😠😷😫
