The older lady at the front was super rude when asked if we could exchange our drink due to it having something floating in it. She state all the drinks were like that. However my boyfriend drink didn’t have anything floating in it. She was rude and unprofessional about it.
Always great food friendly staff all the time.
The customer service is always exceptional!.
