If I were to describe taco del Sol in one word, it would be AMAZING!! This taco truck is one of the best ones I’ve been too if your ever on this side of town seriously consider checking it out !!

Delicious authentic Mexican food. Yum. It's quality in a food truck. I gave it just three stars for atmosphere only because there's just one table in a cramped space in front of a supermarket nearby. But the food is excellent!

Dear customer and friends. We want to take the time to thank you for the amazing support throughout this year. We are sadly closing our doors in this location permanently. We won’t longer be here. The decoration inside the restaurant will be the same but it won’t be us or our food anymore. Today Thursday 2/27/2025 will be our last day. After seeing a sign on the side walk that advertised $5 breakfast burritos, I decided to give them a try and I’m glad I did. I was expecting the old burrito bait and switch “$5 for a potato burrito, add meat and cheese additional $” this was not the case. $5 for any meat of your choice, all the fixings included. I also noticed the homemade horchata. I ordered a large horchata and bacon handheld burrito. The horchata was spot on with right amount of flavor and sweetness.
