Very impressed with TapsRus and highly recommend. Out hot water system had a leak, called TapsRus on Monday, have a new one fitted on Tuesday. With a 7month baby, we need reliable hot water. Will definitely use their services again.
Absolutely faultless service! I called after hours with an issue with my heat pump. Dean talked me through a few things on the phone and got me to send some photos through and he fixed my issue over the phone. Nothing was too much trouble, he was so helpful, polite and considerate. I don’t say this often. Especially around tradespeople. We had work carried out here today and the guy was prompt and left the place as he found it. No mess! Faultless! 10/10 would recommend. I’m a tradie myself.
