I had an issue with a water meter that showed a slow leak. After locating roughly where the leak was coming from I called Taps R Us to come sort it. Jay came out with his apprentice Hannah. They located the leaks exact location and had it fixed asap. Jay was great, extremely helpful and professional with a great attitude, he couldn’t have done the job any better and Hannah did a great job too, showed true enthusiasm to get stuck in and help Jay. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend.

Contacted Taps R us, with a shower mixer tap and cartridge issue. Their response was immediate, prompt and professional. They obtained the part required, and job completed without delay. I highly recommend this company for a job well done every step of the way.
