Was promised faucets were in stock and would be received in 2 days. Agent lied and claimed they were at their warehouse and later claimed they were special order. Orders came from the USA. I was promised the items were in their possession in Canada. Later noticed the price was more expensive than other sources. Found same items on amazon.ca. ordered items cheaper on amazon afterward. I can't believe a business like this exists, let alone ranks high on Google. I ordered a product, and after six weeks, I received an email asking me to pay for shipping. When I called just to ask why the shipping wasn't billed at the time of purchase, the person on the phone became defensive and said it was written on the invoice. When I asked where, he pointed me to one sentence buried in the middle of a full-page explanation. Scam artists. DO NOT BUT FROM HERE. They charged me $300 and did not deliver. Every week same excuse. They even sent me a fake PayPal invoice. Fraudsters.
