Kudos Taproot Catering for amazingly flavorful, thoughtful, beautifully presented food for a 25-person brunch. Meredith has the amount of food right for an event too. The food arrived on lovely serving pieces - check out the photos on her website. It was a pleasure working with her.
Meredith is an amazing chef and just a great person all around. She catered the food for our wedding, and it was delicious and the presentation was beautiful! She also uses organic and locally sourced food, which is important to us. The salad with edible flowers was perfect for a spring wedding, and the vegetarian option (cauliflower steak) was a hit with everyone! We truly enjoyed her food and working with her! Thanks for everything, TAPROOT!
