Saif, was extremely helpful while I was exploring different watch brands. He took the time to explain not only the options available in-store but also gave me insights into other brands located at different locations. His knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond made my experience much easier and more enjoyable!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I went in to look at watches and spoke with Saif Safadi—what an amazing guy. Very friendly and extremely professional. He even offered me some drinks and took me to the back room to try on some Rolex watches. He knew the answer to every question I had and was very patient with me, especially since I couldn’t decide which one to get. I can’t thank him enough for taking the time to thoroughly educate me on the different products and options available. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure I made the right choice based on my needs. Thanks to Saif, the entire buying process was smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.
