We brought about a dozen pieces of jewelry in for appraisal - some newer, some antique - and Scott did an excellent job walking us through the appraisal process, including recommending not getting a few pieces appraised. He inspected those items and told us they were not valuable enough to appraise. The rest of the items he inspected and appraised very efficiently, and we were on our way within about 45 minutes. Great experience all around!
Great experience, Deanna was incredible and very helpful, showed me many great options and made the experience easy and great. Will be coming back to see Deanna as she made the process very seamless and helped us with many parts including timing of completion.
