Terrible place. Guy wrote us a buyer's agreement told us we have till Monday to decide, then over the weekend raised the price by 5k and completely ignored us on Monday when we called to make a decision. We had to go above his head and when that happened we got our original agreement. But after all that, he had the balls to ask for us to give him a good rating. The total definition of a used car sales person.
We were very impressed with Tapper’s service and commitment to the customer experience. Mason did a great job working with my daughter to get the perfect car for wants and needs. This was the best experience we have had when buying a car- no pressure, just straight forward service.
