Jeb put new Freedom Pipes on my Victory Vegas and they sound and look Awesome! Jeb is friendly and professional and really knows bikes. He took the time to walk me through the process of how to make the bike sound and run perfectly (needed fuel management kit to get the best performance out of the bike with the new pipes). I am looking forward to Jeb's input to some add on's to give my bike the look I am after. Thanks Jeb!
We are definitely satisfied! Right from the start, he went the extra mile by accommodating my bike on short notice and even though he had limited space. Jeb was the one to initiate communication with us and he did so every step of the way, which is a quality nearly extinct in service industries! He gave us recommendations not to try and get us to spend money, but to be safe and get the most out of my Sportster.
