We had the worst experience this evening. Arrived on time for our reservation and sat for 30 minutes without ever seeing our server. Asked a manager and they said they’d send someone over, but never did. Finally snagged a server from another table who took out orders. An hour later the Food arrived in three stages so we did not all eat at the same time. One order was completely wrong. They allowed a burnt pizza to be sent out in a takeout. We typically eat there when we are in town, but I think we will look for a new place. When I called to tell them about the quality of the pizza, no offer to speak with the manager. That should be offered, not required by the customer to ask for.
RecommendedMy husband loves the great selection of craft beers. I’m not a beer drinker but they have a good selection of cocktails and wine to choose from. The Chesapeake pie pizza is off the chart good.
Food is consistently good however the service here is terrible. Waitstaff just disappears for long periods of time. I ordered a salad and it took over an hour. I ordered an appetizer that never came but was still on my bill. Took 10 minutes alone just to get the wait staff to fix my bill after dropping off the check. No idea who my waitress was because she never introduced herself and only came once to bring my water after I initially order and once to bring my incorrect check. Excellent wood fire pizza! Their 1.5lb pretzel is a must try appetizer!

Very disappointed in our service on Tuesday night, during Restaurant Week 2019. It took a long time to get drinks, and the dessert from the prix fixe menu didn’t arrive for an hour and a half. We had to ask for it to go, because we had other things to do. Maple glazed salmon was drenched in pancake syrup, not a maple reduction or glaze. This was our third visit, but we may not go back.
