As soon as I drove my car off the lot the check engine light came on! We called the dealership and they fixed the problem. A week later my car started leaking gas underneath the hood. I called the dealership and they told me to have it towed to the dealership. So at my own expense I had my car towed to the dealership. After a week of driving my kids to school we smelled gas inside the vehicle. I lifted the hood of my car and it was leaking gas again after I was told it was fixed. I recently purchased a brand new Trax 9 (8/6/2026), and have to say what a great experience it was. The two staff members who I dealt with were both polite, friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.
Purchased a Kia 2020 Telluride last August not quite a year old. I have already replaced back shocks. It barely passed inspection after owning it for one year becauseThe car needs brakes and rotors all the way around had to replace the battery recently. The cabin filter has never been replaced. It still had the original cabin filter from Kia. With the date of 2020 on it.
