The service dept is great. I've been having a problem intermittently with Android Auto and they spent an hour after my oil change trying to figure it out. Of course, the car cooperated since it was in the shop. Offered some suggestions to try which I will definitely do. 4/3/25 update: suggestions helped as well as an update to Android Auto. Went in for 100K service. Didn't take as long or cost as much as quoted. Always a plus!

Just bought a 2017 Honda HR-V from Steve Snead at Tappahannock Chevrolet. Steve treated us right by giving us plenty of room to make our decisions. He left us alone to look and shop and talk. This worked good for us as I don't respond well to pressure sales. Debbie and Matt were also there and helped. Matt did a great job with getting us a loan. It was a great experience all around.
