Called the day of the snow storm spoke to a lovely young woman named Kylie. I told her that I needed something that I could literally pick up and throw in the back of my car. A great company that does business the old fashion way. Excellent customer service and an excellent Service Manager! Erik is so knowledgeable and does all he can to get the repairs made and back in a timely manner. The only place to go for sales and service.

I have used their service department numerous times for maintenance and upkeep on my riding mower and snowblower. It is so convenient for them to pick up my machines and then drop them off. They are friendly and knowledgeable and their prices are reasonable. This fall I had them service my snow blower and while using it for the first snowstorm, I noticed the idle was off. Just had my first experience with Taplin, handling some long overdue service on my snow blower. I had at least some contact with four different folks there-- office staff, what I presume was the regular driver for pickup/drop-off, the mechanic, and a different driver on the return trip.
