I made an appointment with Kylie to look at a mower, a specific make and model. When i arrived at my appointment, the mower that she had agreed to show me was not available. We communicated via email and telephone several times about the mower and she assured me they had several to show me. She even sent me a quote, hence the appointment. It appears to have been an attempt at a "bait and switch" in my opinion. So at the end of the day they violated my time and integrity. Congrats taplin keep up the good work.
After calling multiple places to get my weed wacker and leaf blower serviced, Taplin immediately told me they could help me! Brought my equipment in and Alison helped me out in a big way! She is SO knowledgeable with amazing customer service. Re-wound the line on the weed wacker for me and taught me how for the next time. I will definitely go back! Thank you Alison!
