Worked with Kylie to purchase a zero turn mower. She's great to work with. Honest straightforward and really nice. Their service department is excellent. Very trustworthy. They always let you know what needs fixing and allow you to choose which items you want them to fix before they do the repair work. Highly recommend!
Help me within a half hour was out with my machine
I’m a member of the Shriners Tryke Unit and our trykes have 8” rims, which are difficult to find tire service for at times. Going on a friends recommendation, I stopped by Taplin in hopes they could help me with a tire issue as the size is similar to many lawn tractors. Allie met me at the service counter and was extremely friendly and helpful. Her and John F. got my issue resolved and really went above and beyond. My prior experiences with MA power equipment companies were with the company that used to occupy Taplin's building, and also with a company in East Longmeadow. Came to Taplin for service on an old backpack blower, as well as for possible purchase of a newer blower. An "old-fashioned" experience: everyone was so helpful, and so nice!
