I was having some difficulties with my Toro snowblower and the company I had used for 25+ years had retired. I had heard good things about Taplin and I decided to give them a shot. My snowblower is around 10 years old and after the last snow storm I fired it up and I’m not exaggerating when I say it worked like it did when I bought it!!! I just thought that for anyone who’s on the fence about trying Taplin, I think if you give them a chance to show what they’re capable of, you’ll be very happy that you did!
9/10 times they have what I need for parts in stock. If they didn’t have a belt I need for my mower on hand today, my season would be over.
I you don’t mind spending the money on quality work this is place to go. Had them fix my vac, I had another issue at a critical time they fixed it for free and had it turned around in a day. Great customer service.
