Without hesitation, Matt in sales went over the top to help me and accommodate my needs last Saturday. Even though it was about 10-15 min. before closing time. There is nothing more important than help from a friendly, knowledgeable human being when you urgently need it! My well pump is fixed and we're back in business. No way AI could have done what Matt did for me!

I brought my mower in for service. Eric and his team were extremely knowledgeable, professional and very nice. The mower is running like new and I couldn't be happier. I wish I remembered all the names that helped me for the last year or two that I've been going here. Each and every employee that I've spoken to has always been so helpful, professional and very kind. Highly recommend!!
I made an appointment with Kylie to look at a mower, a specific make and model. When i arrived at my appointment, the mower that she had agreed to show me was not available. We communicated via email and telephone several times about the mower and she assured me they had several to show me. She even sent me a quote, hence the appointment. It appears to have been an attempt at a "bait and switch" in my opinion. So at the end of the day they violated my time and integrity. Congrats taplin keep up the good work.
