Water softener was timely installed and works fine. The issue is that the water softener installed had a plastic dial that was not in English. My home was a new construction in 2017 I contacted them in late 2018 asking for them to replace the dial that was not in English. They said they would put me on the schedule for the next week to replace it. They never showed up and I forgot about it.
