Worst experience ever. Everytime i look at their prices they keep raising it. Also they are very tricky with their buy 10 get one free card. When you have multiple orders they give you the cheapest one for free. If i was made aware of this i would have made different choices. Also, i was told after the fact i could do 2 separate transactions and get the one i wanted for free. And of course, there are no do overs. Oh well. I just recently discovered YoGo has awesome boba drinks.
So very disappointed!! Our very first visit tonight. Stood in front of the register for about five minutes patiently waiting for the staff to pack a large order. No problem, things get busy, I understand. But no one even acknowledged my aunt and I were in the store waiting. No welcome, be with you in a minute. Nothing!!! We just walked out. Like we we're invisible!!! and yes, they saw us!! Just chose to ignore us! First and last time!!
