Called here to make an appointment for HERE I been dealing with needing to seek treatment for over a month now and I was told tht one of there workers booked me for all the way in Holyoke to now less then a week before my appointment not only finding out it’s not the right one I was told nothing can be done there highly unprofessional and disorganized
MAKE SURE YOU CLARIFY IF THIS CLINIC CONTRACTS WITH YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CHECK AND WILL BILL YOU. I had been going to Tapestry for a few years now. When my insurance changed, Tapestry took my insurance down ( United Health Care) and had me scheduled for an appointment. I went through the appointment and did everything I normally do. They need to change their work hours. Friday at 4pm doors were locked, no one was there. So much for 5pm..it's always when I need them, smh. Thanks guys! 🫡
