We have been here for a little over 3 months. So far we love it here! From the city views, amenities and the staff, it’s great! The only negative feedback I have is that the walls and floors are very thin, so you can sometimes hear neighbors beside you and some upstairs neighbors do not respect their below neighbors and walk with light feet. It’s seems like there is a constant mile run all day with high heels and toddlers. I still give this complex a 5 because we have been very comfortable so far! Thank you!
I tell people all the time that I feel like I live at a resort every day. Not only are the grounds absolutely beautiful, but there’s a pool that overlooks the city, a spacious gym, fire pits, community grill stations, and community-hosted events. Those are just a few of the reasons why I’ve continued to re-sign at Tapestry Ridge year after year. On top of that, the management staff here truly feels like family. Tapestry was our home for three years, and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with our experience. The apartment itself was beautiful and comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the management team was always helpful and responsive. The gym is by far the best we’ve seen in an apartment complex, and the views are absolutely amazing. I moved here in 2022 after Hurricane Ian devastated Southwest FL. The management at the time was extremely helpful and processed my application quickly; addressed needs and concerns I had, and my move-in process was great. The people that work here/have worked here, are some of the best I have ever encountered in the rental industry. As others have said in their reviews; the views are fantastic. I've had a great experience living at Weaver Farms Apartments. The community is quiet, well maintained, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and the interstate. Lynsey has been especially helpful throughout my time here. She's always professional, kind, and quick to answer questions or help whenever something comes up. The maintenance team has also been responsive, and I appreciate how clean and family-friendly the property is.
