The views at Tapestry Ridge are nice—that’s about the only positive thing I can say. Since the new management took over, this place has gone downhill fast. Dog waste everywhere. Grounds are poorly maintained and dog poop often sits for days. Nickel-and-dime charges. $35 for leaving trash out for an extra hour, a random $20 “admin fee” on our final bill with zero explanation. Living at this apartment community was nothing short of amazing! From the moment my roommate and I toured the property, we were blown away by the views, top tier amenities, and location. The staff and maintenance team also deserve a huge shoutout for being available and quick in their work/responses. We moved in almost 2 full weeks ago now - and compared to past experiences, the Arlington Properties, and Tapestry's Office team have been nothing shy of amazing. From our smooth move in process, quick responses on maintenance requests, questions to the leasing office, I have nothing but great things to say. Tapestry Ridge has an exceptional management team that’s truly compassionate and caring. Community Manager, Toni, exhibits unwavering passion, enthusiasm, and dedication. She genuinely cares about the property and residents at Tapestry Ridge. The entire team, including Alyssa and Amanda, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are taken care of and made a priority. The property’s convenience, amenities, and supportive team makes me happy to call Tapestry Ridge home.
I lived at tapestry ridge for 1 year. The facilities are beautiful. As are the views of the pool and amenities of the apartment. My problem was the management. I found the front office to be unreasonable at times. They watch their cameras like a hawk, and will call you for minor offenses that they have seen on camera. They also have significant move out fees that I find to be unreasonable. I spent several days cleaning my apartment upon. Move out just to be charged.
