Tapestry -- depends on what stylist you get I've been to Tapestry in the past on numerous occasions --haircuts, coloring, pedicures, facials, etc. Since I hate driving to Boulder, I usually chose Tapestry because It's convenient and close to where I live. However, as with all salons, it definitely depends on which stylist I used as far as my satisfaction went. RUDE! DO NOT GO HERE This salon had been posting ads for jobs on Craigslist. I had worked in a salon previously and my mom was in the business for 30 years. I called to set up an interview, was passed to a voice-mail, and never received a call back. When I called to follow up the receptionist was rude and hung up on me. If this is how they treat people, I would definitely NOT recommend getting any services here.

Awful awful! This salon is possibly the most disappointing place I have ever been. I went here for a brow wax. The wax was not that even and there was still wax on my face when I left. However, I usually break out when I wax and here I didn't. Despite the poor experience, I decided to go back again. I made an appointment 2 days before and when I went there they said I wasn't in the system. Instead of fitting me in they offered to reschedule me. better job myself I called to see if someone there could give me a quick bang trim. the receptionist told me to come on it. I wish she had not. The stylist was very rude to me (even though I was the only one in the salon and she clearly was not busy!). On top of that, she did a horrible job! The did not charge me for the trim, but I did leave a tip ... but when i got home I realized that I could have done a better job myself.

Looking for a Day Spa? Tapestry IV Seasons is a decent enough place to get a manicure, pedicure, waxing, or even a haircut. It's a very comfortable atmosphere in a relaxed environment. The downfalls I've noticed are that you sometimes have to wait past your appointment time and I didn't find the facial I got there to be all that great. The person giving the facial wore Latex gloves, which didn't feel very good or promote relaxation. RUDE AND AWFUL SERVICE WORST HAIR CUT I HAVE EVER GOTTEN! I wouldn't recommend this spa to anyone! The hair dresser was rude, obnoxious, self centered, ignorant, and idiotic. The entire time i was telling her NOT to touch my bangs and what does she do? She chops them so short that they literally stick up OFF my forehead. I will NEVER be wasting my money there again.

Awesome! I'm probably one of those pushy people, that expects everything my way. When I call Tapestry the day before my appointment to reschedule, there is never a problem. I do that often. They prbably hate me, but never once have I had anyone be rude. I love this place. Even though I always move my schedule around they still make me feel welcome. I love that!
