We have been using Tap2Open for 2-3 years now and we absolutely love it. A refreshing change from everything else in the industry. Better integrations that what we were using before and so convenient. Also, their team is extremely responsive. Support will exceed your expectations.
Yeah, the system is easy to use. However, can never get ahold of Tech Support. No place to enter tags, scanners don't work right? The system freezes up all the time. System is also very, very slow.
