Disastrous.
Room service option didnt work from my room. I ordered in person. The Cajun Chicken sandwich was not edible. Tasted like Cajun salt. No sauce or cheese on the sandwich.
Sat down and waited 20 minutes. Servers ignored us and walked past us. Not a busy night. Had servers look at us from their water station and not come over to ask if we have been served or if we would like to order something. Go somewhere else. Entitled and rude staff.
This is a convenient location inside the hotel. I got food and drinks and while the food was good, there are much better options out there. Next time I’m here, I’ll stick with drinks. The views are good, the bartender and others working are great and plenty of space inside out outside.
