I've used Tap 2 Drain once in the past to replace a hose bib on the side of my house, which was fine. Since then, I've tried to use them 2 more times for emergency stuff (one was a broken water main, and one was today for a shower that won't shut off (stripped valve)). Both times, I was told they had zero capacity and couldn't come for a week or so. No one is going to leave their water off for a week, waiting for help. Steve and Patrick did a fabulous job removing the poly b piping. They also reinstalled the kitchen faucet. Shane repaired the walls then repaired and hung a door, fixed a couple of shelves and secured the dishwasher. I really appreciate all their hard work.

Tap 2 Drain Plumbing is a company you can trust!! Last year I took Stephen's advice. I had him install the Moen Leak Detection system. Well, today my Hot Water tank had a bad leak at 2:30am. The system shut off the water at that time.The leak detection did its job. The damage in the morning was minimal. Tap 2 Drain responded quickly when I called and a new tank was installed the same day!! I have used their services for over 15 years and they have never let me down.
