Worst service ever on 3 different occasions. The owners were rude, the staff wasn’t knowledgeable, and the store is poorly merchandised. My last visit I was carrying my 5 pound poodle and was asked to leave because of fear that she would attack their 50pound dog. Missed out on a good sale and future sales. Thankful for other options in town.

My boyfriend and I spent a good amount of time putting together a backpack for our hiking adventures, and the owner helped us out the entire time with no rush. I want to express how well we were taken care of and how knowledgeable the owner was on all the products. That means a lot when investing good money into something that requires comfort and durability for those super special trips. Thanks again for everything Taos Mt. Outfitters! You made our experience so smooth and effortless.

Wow awesome store. Incredibly nice and well informed. My better half left with an Osprey day pack that she just loves and the owner offered a 20% discount for the purchase. We will be back!!

Coming just to browse the first day, we came in a day later being greeted by a gentleman that asked if we still liked the dress we were looking at the day before!! The service was amazing!! Thanks Bill for all of your help! Shout out from Kansas!!
