The owner or manager was extremely disrespectful to my Father who had his service dog with him. My Father is an eighty year old, 100% combat disabled veteran. The person, who was clearly in charge had a giant dog in the store roaming freely and had the audacity to openly question the veracity of my father’s service dog despite being clearly labeled and my father being clearly disabled. My father also had a US Marines hat on. It’s a shame this store openly treats veterans this way.
I’ve been a TMO customer for over 10 years and was quite happy when the new owner reopened it. Always an excellent selection of the best brands of outdoor clothing, footwear and camping gear. I always seem to find something I need when I go in. Great service too. The owner always seems to be in the store and is friendly and really cares about interacting with his customers. A great, locally owned part of the Taos community!
When owner treats customer like dirt- I lose respect for the business. Does not stand behind his products.

We're sorry you had an unpleasant experience. Our return policy is on each receipt we present to our customers. Returns are to be within 30 days of purchase, original receipt is required and the product should have all original tags on the product and there should be no signs of wear.
