These guys service my Kohler generator and REALLY know what they are doing, and they are very responsive! Nico is great.
Our fire alarms kept going off and it was time for new electrician. We called and spoke with owner Nick Taormina and he was responsive. It was a difficult time, since the alarms were going off and our dogs having a bad time. Heather sent Tim over and he repaired the problem by installing all new smoke/fire detectors. If only they were the ones to install them in the first place! I recommend them 100% for their prompt service, friendliness and knowledge. Our new local electricians. Thank you Nick, Heather and Tim!
I called at 3 am and an electrician, Nick, answered the emergency option (0) and calmly walked me through what I needed to do to assess the blinking lights and smell of burnt plastic. He later came, figured out the problem (transformer outside) and called National grid to fix it, helping the NG repair person (by phone) to find the exact source.
