Got a chair massage, all the man did was dig his elbow in my shoulders for 8 minutes and charged me for 15 minutes and asked me for a tip as I was paying!

Terrible experience. 45 minute foot reflexology massage and not once did they rub my heels or the arches of my feet. They also soaked my feet for 10 minutes in a hot water bucket and added that time to my massage time. They also rushed me out the door and spent a total of 2 minutes for both legs with hot stone massage. I timed them. My feet felt no relief after. Will not be back.

Requested a chair massage and it was a waste of money. The chairs are so rickety that you’re mostly rocking back and forth, rather than experiencing any affects from the massage. I ended the massage early because it was doing nothing but making me sea sick and was still charged for a full 30 minutes. I ended my car charge at 6:40 and was charged at 7:15. I stopped in Nordstrom before sitting in the massage chair so there’s no way it was a full 30 minutes.
