A relaxing experience to say the least. The place was clean and staff was very friendly. The pods allow you to relax and float in a tank filled with epson salt for an hour. My muscle felt relaxed and my mind was clear from the work week.
Please offer yourself the TRUE get away....for at least an hour!
I have been dying to try a float yesterday evening I went for it! My pain in my shoulders and back both almost a 7 when I went in and I was on the verge of a migraine. The staff was so helpful and informative as it was my first time. About half way through I stretched out to see how my pain was... gone completely gone... and still is!
Matt and I did a float and a massage today and it was the most relaxing experience ever! My back feels so much better, and feel like all my stress drifted away. If you haven’t tried floating, I highly recommend it!
Today I had my first massage and float. Everyone there is so friendly. Thanks ladies for the experience today. Definitely will be back.
