I have lived in severe chronic pain for well over SIX years (2 spinal surgeries, working on a 3rd). I refuse to take narcotics so I have to tolerate what Ibuprofen & muscle relaxers will allow. As a mother some of the aches never go away after pregnancy but today after my float I was as refreshed as I am after a deep massage . I felt my sinus open up I can't wait to do it again soon!
This place is so accommodating and amazing! I have been coming here for 3 months now and have loved every visit. The staff is top notch and it has helped me so much with my anxiety. I can be having the worst week and by the time I'm finished with my float and sauna I feel like I can conquer the world. This place has changed my life forever and I'm so blessed to have them in my life! Try this place you won't regret it!
Woman who answered phone was rude I asked about military discounts was told their is one but not sure on pricing and I'm sure I'll get a rude response like the Jeffery guy did witch is unprofessional

Very relaxing and therapeutic. I've had some shoulder pain for a while now and after the 2nd float I've noticed some relief in pain. A wonderful experience. Highly recommended.
I recommend Tao float lofts for those in pain either physically or emotionally. The staff and facilities are both part of the amazing experience.
I just had my first float and it was indescribable! I have horrible anxiety was was panicked when I got there but they reassured me and encouraged me to just try it. It was amazing! I could literally feel my heart rate and breathing slow down within the first 10 minutes. Every aspect was more than I could have hoped for. Floating is definitely going to be a regular part of my life from now on!! If you're considering trying it GO!! You won't regret it!!!
Nice people, explained the process politely, gave tips on creating best experience. Was very relaxing. I might suggest two towels instead of one, if you have longer hair.
