Made an appt two weeks ago, took time off work with my wife for a relaxing hour. Walk in the door and they have NO record of us. No apologies, no nothing, just a blank stare. First impression: a disorganized disaster with zero efforts for costumer service. Pity as it seems most people enjoy their experience.
