1 star. I was very disappointed by my experience at Tao Beach Club. The staff were rude and dismissive, turning what should have been a fun day into an upsetting one. For a place that promotes itself as a luxury destination, the hospitality was unacceptable. I left feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, and frustrated by how I was treated. There are many better places in Las Vegas where guests are treated with respect. I would not return and would recommend going somewhere else.
Extremely disappointing experience . The bartender’s attitude was completely unprofessional. I witnessed him arguing with another customer over not leaving a tip, which created a very uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere. On top of that, the pricing felt completely unreasonable. I paid $72.92 (including tip) for a single margarita, which is honestly outrageous, even for Las Vegas. It also made me question whether I was charged correctly.
