Our family's estate qualified for a rare probate exemption that was quite time sensitive in the approval process. Our estate's bank manager herself had requested a simple confirmation that this exemption applied in order to proceed and the clerk at the firm was rude and literally huffed and puffed over the phone saying never in her career had she needed to provide such a confirmation.
