Very unhappy with I had west beaded hair extensions placed in my hair aug 18 & not only were they not thick enough. They were only half way around my head that created me to have a mullet. So I had to blend them with curling everyday. I started to get sores on my head (tension spots) from my hair being pulled & I was told installed wrong by other experienced hairstylist. Today I was asked on FB if I recommended the salon, I was then given an opportunity to review. I recently went into Tanya’s salon in Crestview Hills ky to redeem a gift card. Once the girls looked it up on computer it showed it was expired by a few years. I didn’t know they could expire. Nothing was on the card. Time had escaped me. I asked for the card to be honored, and was given a card to call the owner. I called the owner, who looked up the GC info. Was told it was expired, and that she would not override it. A full bar always helps! I had Rachel for my Deva cut and she was lovely. Walked me through everything! I have scheduled with her again for December! It’s so hard to find a place that properly cuts curly hair!
I worked with Kelly Hightower, and she was absolutely fabulous. As a curly-headed girl, it's sometimes hard to find a stylist who knows how to deal with my hair's insanity, but Kelly worked with me, gave me styling tips, and did a gorgeous job. I love the cut.
My long, naturally curly hair was in desperate need of tlc. I can honestly say in my 40 years, this is the best experience I have ever had at a salon. Kerice was amazing. Not only did I receive an amazing cut and style, but she took the time to educate me on the care & upkeep on my new cut & style. She definitely has a life-long client in me!
