I would advice never to use this doctors office. They refuse to give medical care to patients who uses her practice for over 4 years. Blood test results are not explained to the patient just a paper copy is supplied. She refuse tom discuss her refusal to give medical car, but delicate this to an administration front desk person.
I have been a patient for 10 years and have ALWAYS had good experiences. She is kind and caring and has an amazing staff.
I saw the PA and was so happy with my experience. All the staff was friendly and didn't try to rush me. They were very helpful in setting up other appts. in the area. I will be recommending this office without reserve. So nice to be new to the area and meet such a professional staff.
Never saw her once, always a PA. I told them that I didn't want to see them anymore, so they sent me a $25. No Show fee.
Me and my husband spent a lot of money with Dr. Grun with there sleep study and only to find out they have no repeatable service provider to treat my husband. It has been months and they don't care. They told us that they stopped working with the original one we were referred to because of complaints. DID THEY notify my husband NO...... We have been CALLING AND CALLING WITH NO SERVICE. Very disgusting!
