They completely lied to me. They told me I was going in for a free consultation and just taking my insurance because maybe my procedure could be covered. However, during the appointment the doctor flat out told me it would not be covered and be self pay. The quote they gave me was full on self pay and I was fine with that. I was referred to Dr Oswald by my dermatologist. Upon arriving for my first appointment, everything seemed normal. I filled out intake paperwork, and they said I had a $60 copay due.
