Dr Oswald performed a bilateral breast reduction two months ago for my teenage daughter. I was referred to Dr Oswald by my dermatologist. Upon arriving for my first appointment, everything seemed normal. I filled out intake paperwork, and they said I had a $60 copay due. When I handed them a credit card for the copay, the staff immediately looked confused and said they didn’t know how to take a credit card payment. Odd, but ok.
