I literally rescheduled with this lady 3 TIMES and she canceled on me all of those times. It is absolutely ridiculous to be putting up with that. All of the times she canceled, I received a call from the office saying she was "unavailable". I don't understand why it's so hard to schedule accurately in a DOCTOR'S OFFICE, which, by the way, is supposed to be a professional environment.
