If I could give negative stars I would and I would counsel Everyone to steer clear of this doctor and just wait the time it takes to get into another neurologist. This doctor was cold, and mean. I got the feeling felt like she really didn't want to be there and was pissed at either me or her job. I had issues with the medication she had prescribed and there was no support from her or her office when I called in for help. I'm feeling disappointed with my choice of neurologist within my healthcare plan. I was pleased that I could secure an initial visit in less than two months, which was great. However, there was an issue with the approval process for my MRI. The approval was requested at a different provider than initially indicated. When I inquired about the change and why I wasn't informed, I was told that the healthcare company had selected the provider.
