It was unacceptable that an eye clinic-a medical facility-refused to give my child a basic bandage right away or gauze when my child was actively hurt, let alone they were treating us so rudely after giving me stressful news about her vision. I have every right to be upset and mistreated poorly. Do Not see this eye physician she is completely standoffish and rude!
