Dr Glaser has a great deal of patience. Explains everything well and answers all questions. I can’t say I’m looking forward to the surgery. But I feel I’m in very good hands.
Felt extremely rushed. Told we needed glasses for 2 year old son. Was not able to explain about what are 2 year old might be experiencing. Unable to explain anything about what an astigmatism is or does to our child. The whole establishment knows we have vsp eye insurance through united Healthcare yet they choose to bill as medical directly to united. The whole process seemed odd and decisions were made based off their financial benefits and not what is actually best for our child
