I tried calling this place 10 times over 2 weeks to try to set an appointment. No one ever answered. I left multiple messages and no one called back. But apparently they have the time to shut off their phone between 12-1pm just to ignore calls all day.

My old doctor retired but these guys are good enough. They're not as caring but that's an extra bonus for me to care about myself enough so they can care about me.
Their billing system is screwed up. I had been fighting to get the medical bill for my visit from couple of years ago. Once I got it after calling their billing company every week, then making a payment is painful. I paid the bill 2 times and I still keep getting the reminders to pay the bill. I do have receipts for those payments. When I call this office they say there is no payment due. But then again I will get reminders to pay the bill.
