Fast, friendly and thorough care. Dr. Dhruva listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and explained a plan for my care that puts my mind at ease and supports my well-being. She genuinely shows sincerity and concern for my health, and prioritizes her patients care.
The office is horrible. I called to inquire on something and the receptionist was extremely rude and interruptive. I'm glad I don't go here and wouldn't recommend this office to anyone
If I could give 0 stars I would. This office struggles to have anyone available to speak with. Dr. Dhruva rushes through her appointments and I’ve experienced interruptions in my appointments while sitting in the exam room because she’s managing too many patients at once and then forgets what we just talked about and has confused me with other patients. I’ve had to speak with the office manager multiple times for issues related to Dr. Dhruva, HIPAA violation and the office staff. I submitted requests for release of informati... read more
So literally got rescheduled twice not just a week or a few days but two months. New patients beware I'm looking elsewhere.
