I've been a patient of hers for 3 years. I saw her twice with concerning symptoms. She dismissed me both times. It was very upsetting. When I discovered a large lump, I couldn't get an appointment for another week. I had cancer. I sought help from her and she dismissed me. I had to find other specialists to treat me, and I never even received a call from her office. Her bedside manner is atrocious. She does not listen to her patients, and I think she is incompetent. The office staff is even worse.

Had a terrible experience. I made no less than 14 phone calls before the appointment, and when I got there she ripped me doing a test. When I called later to try and figure out how to treat myself for the tear nobody medical would talk to me about it and I couldn't be seen for another week.

She does not review your file prior to walking into the exam room. We spent much of the visit rehashing issues she should have already been familiar with. Pretty basic but important facts. Quick look at my chart would have prevented that. In addition, she forgot to order tests a few times, causing me to be turned away and reschedule.

Dr. Dhruva’s office has been prompt with scheduling my appointments, checking me in, and minimal wait times. Dr. Dhruva appears to be thorough; however, her bedside manner is cringeworthy. She is very insensitive to her patient’s individual circumstances. If you are going through a tough time and are looking for hope, I would not recommend going to her.

I used to have her for a doctor for about 5 years or so. She's very through. One of the best docs I ever had!! I only stopped going to her, cuz I moved down south.

She is very thorough and kind and listens to what you have to say. She also calls you on the phone, when you call her and tell the receptionist you would like to talk to her.

her and her team keeps rescheduling my appointments. I needed a sleep study because i lost 200 pounds in a year from a sleeve stomach procedure I also told her that I no longer need to take 2 high blood pressure meds because of my weightloss. she still hasn't done it. My parents and myself will no longer go back. and she doesn't on fridays!?? there is alot more that i can say about her however time is money. which is the only thing she cares about.

I have had dr dhruva for the past year. In the beginning I had no issues with this office. Lately, when calling you are on hold for at least 30 minutes before someone picks up the phone, only to be told they will forward your message. My husband is a stage 4 cancer patient, and needed to be seen and 5 hours later they finally return our call to inform us dr dhruva had no available appointments and to go to urgent care. I like her as a primary, it's the office staff that lacks responsibility

Dr. Dhruva seems like she does care but I seriously question her clinical judgement. I saw her after not having a physical for years. I was having serious left abdomen pain. She kept bringing up diabetes and mumbling things like "diabetic colitis" under her breath. I am overweight. Clearly she just saw me as a fat person. After I was told I'd wait two months for an ultrasound I decided to go to a UMass doctor. As it happens I don't have diabetes and required surgery to remove a kidney stone.
