I made an earlier review which I would remove if I could. I have mental health issues and was having an episode. She has gone above and beyond for me at times and my poor judgment should not reflect bad on her.

She was part of an effort to not only make the ticket to work program that was successful for me a total unsuccess. Recorded and had people trigger my ptsd at my jobs. I spent years getting myself from part time to full time and off disability and because of her.. my ptsd has me too afraid to go back to work or do small things that require random homes. TERRIBLE

I have had Dr.Dhruva for many years. I find her very thorough in my visits,and she listens to my concerns. She is very caring and compassionate. If my wait sometimes is long, it's because she is being thorough with the previous patient. I understand because sometimes my visit may run long. I dont mind. I certainly recommend Dr. Dhruva as primary care physician.

I rely on medications to function and she refused to provide an emergency 3 day medication(s) refill because I missed my yearly physical. I've been a patient for most of my life. Do better. Disappointed but not surprised.

Dr. Dhruva walked into the exam room and went straight to the computer and started typing and firing off questions to me like I was in a 5th grade debate. I felt belittled because Dr. Dhruva was questioning me as if I was not taking my medication correctly. I was spoken too as if I was a child. I walked away feeling defeated and not supported. I was very disappointed in the lack of empathy and sincerity throughout the appointment. I will be looking for another doctor who will allow me to talk as opposed to constant questions... read more

She doesn't listen, she talks over you, she dismisses every other thing you say, and then pushes you on medications you may not need, then doesn't pay attention to follow ups, leaving you vulnerable to damage from your medication you may or may not have needed in the first place. When challenged on her behavior she outright lies in your medical record. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR.

She is a very thorough and knowledgeable doctor but she is so busy she has no time for you if you are sick or have a problem. Lots of miscommunications between her and the lab and front desk. Records are not properly updated. Often mistakes in the records. Loves to prescribe lots of meds

I've been a patient of hers for 3 years. I saw her twice with concerning symptoms. She dismissed me both times. It was very upsetting. When I discovered a large lump, I couldn't get an appointment for another week. I had cancer. I sought help from her and she dismissed me. I had to find other specialists to treat me, and I never even received a call from her office. Her bedside manner is atrocious. She does not listen to her patients, and I think she is incompetent. The office staff is even worse.

Had a terrible experience. I made no less than 14 phone calls before the appointment, and when I got there she ripped me doing a test. When I called later to try and figure out how to treat myself for the tear nobody medical would talk to me about it and I couldn't be seen for another week.
