Dr. Palvia has been great in my lower back pain management journey. He has a systematic approach to address one factor at a time. In addition to prescribing PT, he did both ESI and ablation procedures for me which went smoothly and helped with my symptoms. Would recommend him to anyone dealing with chronic pain.
