Erik is the bomb! I've been going to Tantrum for 10 years. I've had a few different stylist, but by chance got to have Erik do my hair back in September. I couldn't be happier. He does an awesome job. He really cares about what he is doing. If he feels something might not look right, he will tell you and offer suggestions, unlike some stylists who just want your money and don't care what you walk out of there looking like. If you are looking for a new stylist, Erik is your man. You won't be diappointed!
This place is very good. Gabby is my new stylist. I was referred to her by a friend and it was the best referral I could have ever received. I had some serious damage and dryness. I now have a great cut and what almost seems to be "transformed" hair -- all I got was a fabulous cut, but that seems miraculous! Gabby takes her time and does not pressure you into going shorter. Kathy Ayala!! This place is great. i've been coming to this place for many years. it's very professional, clean and organized. the receptionist there are very nice and attentive. I get my hair done by Kathy Ayala, she's the BEST! never over cuts, always gets the color right, she's 100% focused on her customers all the time! she's super friendly, and is a great blowdryer! even if you want to get your hair washed and blow dried she the girl to go to! i would recommend her to ANYONE! you won't ever be dissapointed.
best in the East SGV I've tried several salons in Covina. I was tired of driving to Hollywood. I tried Tantrum and have had Robert and Albert so far. My daughter has had Jerry. All of them are awesome. Albert is an artist with color. they are very responsive and listen to their customers. I want low maintenance hair cuts for me and my daughters, and they knew just what to do.
Razia I just started going to Tantrum salon recently. I was told about the salon from a friend of mine. She referred me to Erik. He did an amazing job on my hair. He is a great stylist and has a great easygoing personality. He made me feel comfortable and welcome on my first visit there. Thanks Erik!
Robert is Amazing My sister became a faithful client of Robert's almost 20 years. I never understood why she insisted on paying so much for a haircut until I started coloring my hair at the age of 30. After caving in to color, I gave him a shot, it was then that I learned why.
