This place has turned into a nightmare. I’ve lived here for 3yrs and they recently switched management. They only accept Hispanic families now. I’ve referred 3 people who perfectly fit the criteria but got denied. The person near me owns a hummer, lifted 250, and a camero! But that’s okay for someone living in affordable housing.??? I have lived here for seven years and the dog poop has really become a nasty problem. There is dog poop every where, so it makes it difficult to enjoy the outdoors. There is even dog poop on the trails, so I stopped taking my children. There is dog poop outside by the building, on the grass, outside my backyard. Like two or three piles everywhere, to the point that I have to constantly check where I am stepping and telling my children to watch out to not step in piles of dog poop. In my experience with Tantra Lake Apartment community Managers and leaders is very positive. In particular, I really need to shine the light on two individuals that I’ve had personal interaction with over the years as a tenant in this community. I love the area, and the apartments are ok, yet the tenants seem to use their patio as an outright dump. It's the month of March, and a pumpkin continues to rot outside on one apartment's porch, while another one reaks from all the trash sitting on their porch for months now. After bringing this to the attention of staff and waiting for LITERALLY WEEKS to see SOMETHING change, I am STILL seeing this on their porch. PRETTY DISGUSTING!!! Thought you should know.
