This is a message for “Jim the Manager,” I spoke to today. Do not ever buy from this company, as you can see from the reviews many customers had very bad experiences with this company. They are dishonest and completely fraud. He put me down and belittled me when they did not follow protocol regarding car insurance just to make a sale. This group is corrupted and never buy from them. They can’t be trusted! By the way, this manager should be fired and sued the way he speaks to customers.
This company is absolutely disgusting, took advantage of a 21 year old into signing an insane loan with 15% interest. Sold a car with dents and imperfections to a young inexperienced buyer. My brother has barley any credit history and a job off the books this dealership took advantage and signed him into a $600 a month payment, 5 grand down payment and completely misrepresented the 2022 vehicle. taking further action stay far away from this place. money hungry predators.
Avoid Chevrolet of Milford (of the tantillo auto group) – Dishonest, Retaliatory, and Unprofessional My experience with Chevrolet of Milford has been absolutely terrible. I brought my vehicle in for a warranty-covered repair, and from the start, they attempted to overcharge me. I never expressed interest in buying a car here but they keep calling me weekly about buying a car, it has been about 2 months. I have told them multiple times I never wanted to buy a car for them and never expressed interest in a Chevrolet car. At this point I blocked them. The only thing this has succeeded in doing is making sure I never want to buy a Chevrolet car in the future.
