Stayed 1 year. My bf never did moved in told them he might at some point. I had 1 cat and he had 1 cat. They're charging me $50 a month for 2 cat's I stated early in the lease I only have 1 cat since it's just's me. Since my bf isn't on the lease along with his cat this need's to be adjusted. (Never was) They'll charge you $5 for a door stopper. When they ask you to show proof you show them proof that you filed a maintenance report letting them know by the 4th month. Just moved in and I love it Friendly staff and residents
This apartment complex has been my worst experience renting to date. They are always in your business and make you feel as though you have zero privacy. Apartment materials (door knobbs, lights, fridge, etc.) Are very poor quality. And they will absolutely scam you out of your security deposit. WOULD NOT RENT THERE AGAIN.
