I had lightning strike my home in mid August and take out all three of my televisions (32 LCD, 55 LCD, and a 56 DLP). I called Tanstel to have them evaluated by their tech at my home and he was there within 48 hours. After speaking to my insurance company I dropped all three off to be repaired. Fast forward to late October, the 56 is repaired, the 32 is too expensive to repair, and the 55 can t be repaired because the parts aren t available. Tanstel was chosen by my warranty company to fix my Samsung plasma BEFORE Thanksgiving. They came out and said that they needed to order a different panel. We had to wait another week or so. That panel wouldn t work either. Before Christmas, my TV was picked up and taken into the shop to be looked at in more detail. Prior to this, it took them several days to get around to even picking it up. We were told initially that it was going to be that night. It wasn t until a few days later. We had a problem with our 40" Sharp LCD TV and also Boise Sound system, they were quick to respond, made appointment on time and the service tech was excellent, well dressed, clean and very knowledgeable. Strongly recommend

VERY happy with them! Continued to work on our TV issue finding a solution, came out several times and John was always polite and knowledgable. I am glad we called them to fix our plasma TV! Highly recommend them!

Their minimum charge is \$50, no matter how tiny the job is. Not a good experience at all.
