Just finished setting up an appointment for a recall of an air bag. The person I spoke with was rude and condescending to me.Is this how you treat a customer? Absolutely disgusting!
very easy going and courteous to let me take the car to my mechanic sameday.
Salesperson did not provide accurate information on sales/trade-in process - which was a huge hassle as it caused multiple trips to and from the dealer. Further, on a Saturday, they staffed only 1 finance associate. The wait for purchase was completely unreasonable by any standards.
