1/17/26 I purchased a GOLD CPO 2024 RAV4 with 46,000 miles. Upon my inspection of the car I noticed a few minor issues that they had agreed to fix if I were to purchase. Pulled around recording lot.... asked to.see maintenance... kept me mobile for 10 minutes while rich man got his planned visit cared for... put a sticker over it. Install JBL speakers and play them bought. JbL 310 are loveable inside and outside... just lay it in your back seat.
Scheduled an 8 am appointment to have my vehicle looked at. No updates all day except for the service manager calling me at 4pm (after I called to follow up twice) and leaves a voicemail saying she’s leaving for the day and will call me in the morning. Spoke with two service desk employees both who were defensive when I asked to know more information about what is going on. Never had a bad experience here before but will be using other locations going forward.
Skylar was outstanding and we going to buy the car but the sales manager was very rude,condescending and belittled my spouse and I. This happened on 12/26/25. I have never been treated that way at a car dealership in my life. I have bought used cars from tanky before with no issues. Still upset about the experience.
