Dr. Tansinda is great. He clearly cares about his patients and takes time to talk threw the visit and treatment. I find his overall personality pleasant and kind of inspiring. With that being said his staff does not always appear to share the same disposition and the wait time can be longer than expected. I am giving 5 stars based on the doctor but would rate the practice over all 3 star.
What kind of doctor's office has a non-working number? Trying to get in touch with the doctor to get forms filled out for an ill relative and the listed number is not in service. I called the hospital to see if they could help and they told me they can only reach Dr. Tansinda through a paging service because even they don't have a working telephone number for him. What kind of quack office shenanigans is this?
If you are looking for a new doctor keep looking. Had a first time doctor appointment. Arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment. I arrived at 1:15 PM for a 1:30 appt Then another gentleman arrived at 1:53 PM and was shown back to see the doctor as I sit and wait. I was not happy about that and asked the front desk how is this gentleman going in before me and showed her the time differences on the check-in sheet. She very simply said "oh it doesn't work like that I was just handed the paper." Ok so set appointments I guess ... read more
When I moved to Baltimore I needed a doctor and found Dr. Tansinda's office. I am so happy I did! The staff are friendly and I could not ask for a better doctor. I have been going here for over 2 years and I will continue to do so as long as I live in the Baltimore area.
