They could just be honest. When I showed him the simple design, he claimed he could do it, but then charged me $50 for a fill—definitely not what I asked for. The service was terrible. I arrived at 4:30 and only left at 6:10pm. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place. He also painted my nails with a large gap from the cuticle, despite me repeatedly asking to have the color applied all the way back. His excuse was “color not good.” My nails look like they have 2-3 weeks of growth.

Just wanted to say how much I enjoy going to this nail salon. The staff is always kind, professional, and welcoming, and they do an amazing job every time. The salon is clean, relaxing, and they truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. I always leave feeling happy and appreciated.

I brought my daughter here for both of us to get full sets and pedicures. I had a male technician, and she had a female technician. While neither of them were particularly friendly, that alone wouldn’t have been a dealbreaker. Unfortunately, the quality of service was very disappointing.
