I called to make an appointment on Tuesday 5/13/2025 was told she doesn’t see sick people! Isn’t this a Dr office was told to go to Walgreens to get a Covid and flu test before I can be seen! Lady who answered the phone was so rude mind you I’m not feeling well last thing I needed to hear was I can’t be seen. I really want to know who the lady was and if anyone else has experienced this same treatment at this Dr office. I really would like to make a complaint to the medical board. It took a month to get my blood results after calling and leaving messages for weeks. Then I was told to come pick up my results or they would mail them. It's been 2wks and I haven't received them physically.
Dr. Rainford was extremely thorough with my mother. She listens to each patient’s concerns to assess root causes not just symptoms. She is not an assembly line doctor!! She cares about the quality of health and life not just prescriptions and takes time to answer all questions no matter how many you have.
Put in patient exam rm, for 945 am. appt....not see until 1045 am....I'm still in patient room...not good for business!!!!
