One of the best builders in Langley, forward thinking and innovative.
I’ve lived here for 4 months.. Unorganized and unfriendly on-site staff for this rental building. They’ve just given us less than 12 hour notice for in suite inspections.. we’ve been told if we’re not home during the inspection time (830am-400pm on a Monday), they’ll enter with their master key. They’ve also given us zero notice for previous fire alarm testings. Alarm panel in lobby went off for over a week due to a broken elevator which was never addressed.
